For your peace of mind, all LOOCK Smart Locks come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. If you ever need to make a warranty claim, simply contact our customer support team and we will guide you through the process.
Warranty Period
1-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty, 3 months unit replacement, and after-sales support. Warranty period starts from the original date of purchase and installation.

- Manufacturing defects in the smart lock unit
- Electronic component failures not caused by misuse or external damage
- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
- Malfunctions occurring within the warranty period due to factory defects
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Damage caused by improper installation by unauthorized personnel
- Physical damage, abuse, vandalism, negligence, or accidents
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, dents, or discoloration
- Battery leakage or damage caused by using improper batteries
- Issues arising from improper maintenance or failure to follow user instructions

Do you provide installation services & warranty?
Yes. We provide installation service in some covered areas and a 1-year warranty for eligible smart lock units. Warranty coverage depends on the product, installation condition, and issue assessment.
How long does the installation take?
Most standard installations take around 1–2 hours after the installer arrives. Special doors or additional adjustments may take longer.
Is my door compatible with a smart lock?
Most wooden, metal, aluminum, and selected glass doors can be supported. Please send clear photos of your door, lock area, and door frame so our team can confirm compatibility.
What happens if the battery runs out?
Most models include emergency power support using a power bank through the emergency port, plus mechanical key backup depending on the model.
Do you have service center incase we encounter with our smart lock?
Our showroom and office serve as our service center. In case you encounter problem on the smart lock, you can visit us at our office (135 Old Tamaraw Ext., Marulas, Valenzuela City). We will accommodate in the best of our ability.
